About us
Het Filiaal theatermakers is the largest youth and music-theater company in the Netherlands’ central region and is structurally funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture & Science, and by the City of Utrecht.
Art education
For young and old, for families and schools, at home and abroad, Het Filiaal’s work ranges from spectacular productions for audiences of up to a thousand people to meticulously crafted, small-scale art projects designed to give children a comprehensive introduction to every facet of theatre. Roughly half of Het Filiaal’s audience are schoolchildren and half is made up of the general public.
